Since the beginning of June 2018, the SAP C/4HANA Suite has replaced the previously existing SAP Hybris Suite. It revolutionizes the CRM market with its end-to-end connectivity (Lead-to-Cash), its unified and GDPR compliant customer data management, and functions in the areas of Machine Learning, SAP Cloud Platform Microservices, and IoT capabilities.
The new SAP C/4HANA cloud summarizes SAP under the term SAP Customer Experience (CX) Solutions. The name C/4HANA can be interpreted as follows: C stands for Customer, 4 – for a fourth-generation CRM, and HANA describes the underlying platform technology. In the suite, SAP combines the acquisitions of recent months: Gigya, CoreSystems, CallidusCloud and Hybris.
