Implementation of a customer service portal based on SAP Hybris Commerce.

The solution provides the end customers with a complete overview of their machine, its service intervals and the spare parts required for the service intervals. Via the service portal, the end customer can request a quotation for spare parts and place orders based on it.

We successfully supported Bühler Group within this project with the following activities:

  • Design of master data integration for the material master, parts lists and the machines located at the customer’s
  • Implementation of the interface between SAP ERP and SAP Hybris based on ALE and SAP IDocs
  • Implementation of customer-specific IDocs and extension of the existing SAP Standard IDocs based on customer-specific requirements
  • Supporting the developer team in the design and adaptation of the SAP Hybris DataHub
  • Implementation of customer-specific processes in the areas of SAP ERP and SAP Service Requirements in conjunction with SAP Hybris Commerce
  • Implementation of additional function modules in SAP ERP for the integration of the delivery configurator in the order process
