SAP Hybris Marketing – System implementation and expansion of further specialist areas.
The corporate client data was transferred from the existing SAP ERP / SAP CRM landscape via the SAP Landscape Transformation Server (SLT) into the SAP HANA database of the SAP Hybris Marketing System. The data were subsequently transferred into the SAP Hybris Marketing Interaction Contact data model according to client specific rules.
Based on this, different marketing areas and corresponding segmentation profiles were defined, so that the respective business area can use a limited quantity of business partner data for e-mail campaigns and can addresses the customer in a targeted manner. The segmentation profiles have been enriched by SAP CRM marketing attributes, so that the segmentation based on CRM data can be used, since the current system architecture is based on SAP CRM as the leading system.
Following the segmentation, campaigns were created that enabled the execution of e-mail campaigns. An approval process ensures that the campaign’s target group and e-mail template match and that the automated campaign configuration is useful. Only after receiving approval, the e-mail campaign can commence.
